Basis of the calculation is the 20 € + taxes per hour (approx. 25$, varies with exchange rate). This is applying for work done between 8:00-20:00 CET on workdays. For the work performed outside of above hours, in weekends, legal holidays, in emergency situations or unscheduled we are applying a surtax (25-100% added to the basic price) established on per case basis. Our returning customers have the highest priority and can have discounts up to 50% depending on several factors.
